He was very thorough and explained the process to me and what I needed to do in order to get the claim processed and approved. For example, I had to reach out to the tow truck driver and ask him from a proper invoice that showed the pick-up location (address) of the tow and the drop-off location (address) of the tow and also the vin number of the car being towed onto the invoice."
